2/28 - Criminal Mischief, 3rd Degree
A student’s vehicle was damaged in the Delta 2 parking lot by an unknown person. The damage was estimated at $500.

3/1 - Criminal Mischief/Theft of Property, 3rd Degree
A perpetrator broke into a vending machine and the HPELS building. The damage to the machine and the items stolen were estimated at $70.

3/3 - Criminal Mischief- Damage to Business Property
A resident of the Delta dorms reported a window was broken between 2 p.m. and 5 p.m. The damage was estimated at $100.

3/3 - Theft of Property, 2nd Degree
A student reported a wallet, keys, and phone stolen from the Recreation Center around 7 p.m. The items were valued at $310.

Q: When will an officer draw a firearm?


A:
When the officer feels that the safety of the community and himself is in jeopardy, he will draw his firearm. Of course, each situation is different, but generally speaking, a firearm will be drawn when officers feel that lives are in jeopardy.
